Hourly rates can vary depending on the area you are needing the limousine for, the date you are needing it, and a wide variety of other variables. For instance, the area that you are needing the limousine for may not be within the local area for our limousine company that you choose and they may place a travel fee on the quote. This is standard procedure for most limo companies not just those associated with us and should always be communicated with you upon the quote receipt as long as the proper pick up, destination during the trip and drop off locations are provided to the limousine company quoting your outing.

The date you are requesting use of the limo on also effects the quote you are given. For example a Saturday in November is generally going to be cheaper than a Saturday in May (Prom Season) or June (Wedding Season). Most limousine companies also have minimum rental times. For example any night of the week may be a 2 hour minimum rental, but Saturdays may be anywhere from a 3 to a 6 hour minimum. Saturdays during Prom Season are almost always a 6 hour or longer rental. This is something you need to discuss with our limousine company if it is not mentioned in the quote.

Another thing to consider and find out is if the gratuity (the driver's tip) is included in the quote or if you are to provide it to the driver yourself at the end of your event. If it is included then you are set on that aspect. If the tip is not included, you should consider giving the driver 20% of the rental cost in cash at the end as long as he or she has earned it. Another thing to remember is that excessive clean up after your use of the limo can result in a charge to you. For example, if one of your guests spills alcohol in the limo, the limousine may charge you for that cleanup. You should be able to find all additional charges in the event you are rough on the limo in the contract. Below we have listed examples on rates of what you will find.
