Any limo company that can not provide you their State PUCO # is illegal. Any limo company that does not have federal USDOT licensing is not allowed to cross state lines. If you find a limo company crossing state lines without USDOT licensing, they are violating federal law! A very large number of limousine companies in our state are operating illegally and you bear the risk when you hire those illegal companies for your transportation.
